Do what you love. Love what you do.

For my birthday last year, I was given a necklace that has this quote on it. Any time I wonder where I'm going with my life, I think of these words. It's easy to get overwhelmed by the craziness that life throws at us, and sometimes it's hard to step back and remember what it is that you are working so hard for in the first place. 

Music is my passion. It's what I always come back to. If I have a crummy day, I play music. If I have a great day, I play music.

I've never taken for granted the fact that the people I love the most have always encouraged me to follow my dreams. So as I work on new music and pursue my passion, I hope I can continue to make them proud by doing what I love.
